It is incorporates shea butter and sweet almond oil to restore lost moisture, beeswax to lock in and retain the restored moisture, propolis and aloe vera to soothe sun damage and sun burn, peppermint to provide a cooling relief to the pain, and tea tree to prevent inflammation and infection. It contains none of the synthetic and harmful chemicals commonly found in commercial products – it contains only the best nature has to offer, to soothe and nourish your precious skin. All Simply Bee’s bee related ingredients (honey, beeswax, and propolis) are sourced from responsible, sustainable, organic beekeepers and badger-friendly hives. They support and create awareness of bee conservation in the Fynbos biome. Their secret of good skin products lies in the combination of good, natural ingredients with natural processes designed to maximise purity without damaging the ingredients.
