Types of mental ill health and illnesses, Introduction to diagnosis and recovery, The recovery journey, The wellness recovery action plan, The recovery model, Self-care and management, Mindfulness. Typical Course Duration 20 – 40 minutes Course Assessment and Certification Our Highfield Awareness of Mental Health and Wellbeing e-learning course is assessed by multiple-choice questions. This e-learning course will provide you with a Highfield Certificate of completion, which is downloadable upon successfully finishing the course.
